What Are The Store Discounts?

The store discounts are calculated based on your member status and your milestones, for example:

  • Free member: 5% at subscription  – has no other discounts

  • Standard member: 9% at subscription, by exceeding the milestones you will progressively get to 11%, 13% and 15%.

  • Premium member: 11% at subscription, by exceeding the milestones you will progressively get to 14%, 17% and 20%.

  • Business member: 13% at subscription, by exceeding the milestones you will progressively get to 17%, 21% and 25%.

How Can I Switch From One Subscription To Another?

To switch from one subscription to another, just contact the service center via email and we will automatically change your subscription, which will allow you to make use of all new discount grids for the new type of subscription.

How Can I Find The Product I Am Looking For?

If you know the name of the product just enter it in the search bar at the top.

If you do not know the name of the product you can choose the category closest to the type of product you want.

If the product does not exist in our search filters, do not worry! Contact us and ask for a custom offer and we will be happy to find the product you are looking for at a competitive price on the market.

How Can I Place An Order?

The order is made by inserting the desired products in the shopping cart. Once you have proceeded  to the shopping cart,  the section for the discount coupon will become available so you can insert it if you have one. Click on checkout, complete the required invoice and shipping information if you are not already registered.

How Are The Products Boxed?

The type of packaging will be chosen by you during the purchase procedure. You can ask for a single package for products, protected packaging or individual packaging for each product.

What Are The Warranty Conditions Of The Product?

The product warranty will be standard, however there is the possibility of extending the warranty and assistance of some types of products.

This benefit will be included in the ‘optional services’ shopping list of the product.

Warranty conditions are usually included in the product description and can be of 3 types:

  • Before 6 months – the cost of shipping is fully refunded by us if the defect is of manufacturing and is not due to the customer, prior shipping invoice sent via email.

  • From 6 to 12 months – the cost of transport is entirely supported by the customer due to the unreasonably high time elapsed from billing to the discovery of the defect.

  • From 12 to 24 months – the cost of transport is entirely supported by the customer due to the unreasonably high time elapsed from billing to the discovery of the defect.

* The warranty comes in force from the moment the invoice is issued.

* In order to benefit from the warranty conditions of the product you must send a photo of the product, a copy of the invoice and a copy of the warranty certificate.

Can I Cancel An Order?

Of course, the order can be cancelled before receiving the invoice and / or the electronic contract.

After this, the cancellation and revocation costs are supported by the customer, based on the stage of the order.

All shipping costs, taxes and handling will be supported by the customer.
